🔥 On the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the kalbi on the hot grill and sear both sides for a nice char.
Reduce heat and grill to your preferred doneness.
I like it well done for that deep caramelized flavor. Big Sis likes it medium-well with a juicy bite.
